New Mom Update
Things have been pretty crazy these days. It's taken me sometime to adjust to being a new mom again. Brooklyn is a excellent big sister to Addison. And Addison is learning to be a better sleeper at night. Here are a few pictures that I have taken recently. Sorry I haven't posted more pictures of her when she was smaller, but I figured this would be easier to do most recent so I don't procrastinate anymore.

Baby Addison Arrives!!!
Okay so this is Ricky posting and it is my first time doing this blogging thing. Maybe i'll get addicted to it like so many people out there, but I don't think Perez Hilton has anything to worry about. Well, the picture above is our beautiful new baby girl Addison Mae Thiot. She is absolutely perfect. I was a little worried that having another child was going to be difficult to share my love. All of that went away the second I laid eyes on her. She is so wonderful. Words can't even describe how wonderful she is. Becky is doing great too. She truly is a trooper. This wasn't exactly the best time for us to be having a baby. Many of you know I got laid off of work about 3 weeks ago. My last day of work is June 30th, that's right tomorrow. It's been a little stressful around the Thiot home. Becky definetely was a rock during this whole experience. Let's fast forward to today. We had this pregnancy scheduled for this morning. We had to call at 4 am to find out when to come in. I called and they said to come in at 7 am. I couldn't go back to sleep I was so excited. We got to the hospital and they said "sorry, we made a mistake. We don't have room for you." We stopped off at Sonic for some breakfast and went home. We barely had enough time to eat when the hospital called back and said, "Come back we have room now." So we got to the hospital and got our room around 9 am. Becky got her IV and the process started. We watched Baby Mama to get us in the mood. Long story short, at around 3:20 the nurse came in and said, "oh you are ready." Becky had to keep her legs together to wait for the doctor. I kid you not once the doctor came in the baby was out 10 minutes later. Becky only had to push through 2 contractions. No sweat at all, hair in it's place, and make-up looking great. Addison was born at 3:44 pm and weighs in at 6lb 13oz and 20 in long. She has blonde hair and the cutest little face. We are so excited to have her in our family, if you can't tell. I am just so grateful to have such a wonderful wife that is such a good mother to Brooklyn and now Addison. More pictures will follow. Thank you all for all the help.Wednesday, June 24, 2009
As of Monday the 29th of June we will be adding a new family member to our family. I am scheduled to be induced. We are really excited!! But we are still hoping to get this little one out sooner without being induced. Does anyone have any suggestions? Here are some pictures of my big belly and Brooklyn.

Big Girl Bed
Brooklyn's Big Girl Bed
Brooklyn enjoying her Big Girl Bed.
This past weekend, Brooklyn tried sleeping in her Big Girl Bed that Ricky and I got her. I was a little hesitant at first and didn't like the whole idea of making her grow up too fast. But Ricky insisted that we give it a try. So far, Brooklyn has woke up in the middle of the night every night and has slept pretty well. I have heard of horror stories of people's kids waking up at all hours of the night, numerous times and crawling out of bed and wondering around the house. But so far, Brooklyn hasn't tried to get out yet. Wish us luck in the days to come!!!

Easter Pictures

This is the pose that I chose. I love the smile, but hate the bunny!! Oh well, what do you do?!

Ever since Brooklyn turned two, it has become more and more difficult to get her to pose for the camera. We went and got her pictures taken at Target and here are a few pics that sort of turned out (I'm not that impressed as you can tell!!)

Family Tree
Last year Ricky's parents gave him a tree for his Birthday for our front yard. Last week we finally went and got one (almost a year later). The hold up was we don't exactly have a vehicle that we can just bring a tree home in and Ricky was also unsure how much his parents were wanting to spend on a tree. So, Ricky and I were at Home Depot just looking around and found a tree that we liked and we decided that we would just rent one of Home Depots trucks and get the tree we liked. So, we now have a cute little tree in our front yard. Here are some pics from the planting of the tree:
